Service Description

The 4-Week Yoga Beginner Series is designed for anyone new to yoga or returning after a long break. This guided, progressive program introduces the fundamentals safely and simply, helping you build confidence, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness at a comfortable pace. Each week focuses on essential themes—from breath and alignment to balance and gentle flow—so you can develop a strong foundation without feeling overwhelmed. With clear instruction, supportive guidance, and a welcoming environment, you’ll learn how to move with awareness, connect to your breath, and cultivate calm on and off the mat. By the end of four weeks, you'll feel more grounded, open, and empowered—ready to continue your yoga journey with ease.

Cancellation Policy

If student cancels or decides not to attend the certification, session or class, class fees are non-refundable. Fee can be transferred to a different date if communicated at least 5 days in advance and if minimum class size is met. Processing fee applies.
