Each class — whether it’s the fluid rhythm of Sacred Flow, the grounding harmony of Sacred Balance, or the expansive energy of Akasha Yoga — invites you to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom. These everyday sacred moments help you find balance, peace, and deeper connection on and off the mat.
These classes are all levels.

Sacred Flow
A soulful vinyasa experience that weaves movement, breath, and intention into a sacred practice. This class invites you to flow with grace, honoring the body as a temple and the breath as prayer. Through mindful sequencing, gentle strength, and moments of stillness, you’ll awaken inner presence, restore balance, and connect with the divine flow within. Perfect for all levels seeking a practice that nourishes both body and spirit.

Sacred Balance
Find harmony between strength and surrender in this soulful practice that begins with an energizing Vinyasa flow and transitions into deeply restorative Yin postures. Sacred Balance invites you to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and soften into stillness — creating space for both effort and ease, body and soul.
ELEVATED EXPERIENCES:
Step beyond the ordinary with our 90-minute Elevated Experiences — immersive sessions designed to deepen your connection to self through movement, breath, sound, and ritual. Each offering is uniquely crafted to awaken the senses, open the heart, and expand your energy beyond the mat.

Radiant Surrender: Reiki Restorative
A deeply restorative experience where rest becomes a pathway to healing. In this 90-minute class, you are supported by gentle restorative postures while receiving Reiki energy healing to balance and replenish the chakras. The practice concludes with a short reflection and chakra insights, offering clarity and alignment. Radiant Surrender is designed to help you release tension, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner light.

Sound and Silence
Sound and Silence
A meditative journey into the healing power of vibration and stillness. This practice weaves together the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments with intentional pauses of silence, allowing the body and mind to integrate the sound on a deeper level. As you rest in this balance of tone and quiet, the nervous system resets, tension melts away, and spacious clarity emerges. A sanctuary for deep listening — both within and beyond.

Breathe into Theta
A Journey Through Breath & Spirit
Breathe Into Theta is a 90-minute conscious breathwork experience designed to guide you into the theta brainwave state—the mystical space between waking and dreaming, where deep healing and transformation unfold.
Using a gentle yet powerful technique we call Beyond Breath: Theta Exploration, you’ll be led into an altered state of awareness. Here, the breath becomes a sacred bridge—carrying you beyond the mind, into the emotional body, and deep into the soul.
In the theta state:

You may feel a trance-like connection to Spirit, memory, or imagination.

Your subconscious becomes open and receptive, offering space to rewrite old patterns and plant seeds of intention.
