THE SACRED PRACTICES: YOGA CLASSES

Rooted in intention and guided by presence, The Sacred Practices are 60-minute yoga classes that honor both the physical and the spiritual journey. Each class - whether it’s the fluid rhythm of Sacred Flow, the grounding harmony of Sacred Balance, or the expansive energy of Akasha Yoga - invites you to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom. These everyday sacred moments help you find balance, peace, and deeper connection on and off the mat.  These classes are all levels.

Sacred Flow

A soulful vinyasa experience that weaves movement, breath, and intention into a sacred practice. This class invites you to flow with grace, honoring the body as a temple and the breath as prayer. Through mindful sequencing, gentle strength, and moments of stillness, you’ll awaken inner presence, restore balance, and connect with the divine flow within. Perfect for all levels seeking a practice that nourishes both body and spirit.

Sacred Balance

Find harmony between strength and surrender in this soulful practice that begins with an energizing Vinyasa flow and transitions into deeply restorative Yin postures. Sacred Balance invites you to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and soften into stillness — creating space for both effort and ease, body and soul.

Grateful Foundations

A supportive, slower-paced class designed to build confidence from the ground up. Learn proper alignment, foundational poses, and mindful breathing in a welcoming space where questions are encouraged and every body belongs.

Grateful Strength

A steady, empowering flow that builds heat, stability, and resilience. Expect controlled movement, intentional breath, and strong transitions that leave you feeling grounded, capable, and deeply energized.

Rooted Stillness

A calming blend of Yin and Restorative yoga. Longer-held stretches gently target deep tissues, while fully supported poses invite complete relaxation. A quiet, grounding practice to soften the body and steady the mind.

Akasha Yoga

Akasha Yoga™ blends 8 yogic fields to align you with higher wisdom, healing, and clarity. Through practices like chanting, breath, movement, and reflection, it helps you move beyond effort and thought to access deeper answers, joy, and soul-level alignment.

ELEVATED EXPERIENCES: 

Step beyond the ordinary with our 90-minute Elevated Experiences — immersive sessions designed to deepen your connection to self through movement, breath, sound, and ritual. Each offering is uniquely crafted to awaken the senses, open the heart, and expand your energy beyond the mat.

Radiant Surrender: Reiki Restorative

A deeply restorative experience where rest becomes a pathway to healing. In this 90-minute class, you are supported by gentle restorative postures while receiving Reiki energy healing to balance and replenish the chakras. The practice concludes with a short reflection and chakra insights, offering clarity and alignment. Radiant Surrender is designed to help you release tension, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner light.

Sound and Silence

Sound and SilenceA meditative journey into the healing power of vibration and stillness. This practice weaves together the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments with intentional pauses of silence, allowing the body and mind to integrate the sound on a deeper level. As you rest in this balance of tone and quiet, the nervous system resets, tension melts away, and spacious clarity emerges. A sanctuary for deep listening — both within and beyond.

GRATEFUL BREATH

Grateful Breath is a guided breathwork journey designed to support you in releasing, resetting, and reconnecting - physically, mentally, and energetically.

We begin with gentle, grounding nasal breathing to settle the body and anchor into the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided into a conscious connected breathing practice, with the option to explore a 2-part or deeper 3-part breath - allowing you to move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for your body.

As the breath builds, it creates space for stored tension, emotion, and energy to rise and move-offering an opportunity to release what has been held, whether physically or emotionally. The practice is always invitational, and you are encouraged to listen to your body, adjusting or resting at any time.

We close the active breathwork with a grounding breath hold and gentle transition, allowing the nervous system to settle before moving into a guided integration. This final portion of the journey supports you in receiving, processing, and anchoring whatever has shifted during your experience.

This practice is both powerful and accessible - no prior experience is needed. Whether you are new to breathwork or returning to your practice, Grateful Breath meets you exactly where you are.
