COMMUNITY Radiant Surrender

Radiant Surrender is a deeply nourishing 90-minute journey combining the gentle healing of Reiki with the restorative power of supported yoga postures. You’ll be guided into soothing, fully supported poses that encourage your body to soften and your mind to let go, while receiving Reiki to clear energetic blockages and restore balance. At the beginning of the session, I check your chakras, and after class we’ll discuss any insights or questions that arose during your practice. This experience invites you to release what no longer serves you, recharge your energy, and emerge feeling radiant, grounded, and at peace.
